You're billed per hour from the moment you scan a power bank out until it's returned at any hub. The rate drops when you book longer durations, and you only pay for the time you use.
Yes — one hour is the minimum. After the first hour, billing continues in 1-minute increments so you're never overcharged for partial hours.

Return the power bank to any hub in the network — not just the one you picked it up from. The hub verifies the return and ends your rental automatically.
A refundable security hold is placed on every rental. If a unit is lost or severely damaged, the hold covers a replacement fee. Minor wear is on us — just return what you used.
Most phones reach 50% in about 30 minutes and a full charge in 60–90 minutes, depending on your device and the cable used.
